DESIGN
We always aim to deliver products that you are proud to wear. Our in-house design team work closely with clients to produce a customized corporate wardrobe that best represents and enhances the brand and corporate image of your business.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
We have an expert Product Developers those are converting the design idea into a Physical Garment. It includes concept development, testing & supervision of all operations.
APPROVALS
In any organization, work often needs to be formally approved before it can begin & 24.7 Uniforms is strictly following this step.
RAW MATERIALS
As one of the important procedures of production is Quality Raw Materials, that’s done by our experienced procurement team.
CUTTING
For bulk quantities the cutting is done by automatic vertical cutters & customized sizes are precisely done by manually (Scissors)
STITCHING
Our partnered stitching & sewing units are fully equipped with auto machines & specialized tailors from different parts of the worlds i.e. India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh etc.
EMBROIDERY
We are providing all types of embroideries like Plain Embroidery, 2D Embroidery, 3D Embroidery, Patch Work, Appliques & Jacquard Labels as well.
PRINTING
Our services include Silk Screen Printing, Digital Printing, Sublimation Printing, Full Garment Printing & Vinyl Print.
FINISHING
The presentation of goods is one of our key services. We are finishing each garment by cutting excess threads, pressing by steam irons & folding with care.
QUALITY CHECKS
A qualified team of Textile Engineers is doing quality checks of each shipment on ISO Standards i.e. Level 2 & AQL 2.5/4.0 as per the lot of size.
PACKING
Each garment is handled & packed with care, design wise, gender wise, delivery wise & most importantly size wise with the names if customized uniform.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Every day number of deliveries on different locations of the UAE is done by our responsible delivery teams to ensure that we are 100% meeting our target deadlines & lead times.
